As a participate in The Pathway program, I acknowledge that I am accepting an invitation to participate from the person than invited me, not from The Pathway, LLC. I give permission for The Pathway, LLC to send me emails and SMS messages. I understand the Pathway program is a gifting program. I am committing myself to sending my Inviter a gift of $5 when I join and additional gifts of $5 more than the previous gift (e.g. $5, $10, $15, etc.) each time I have 5 more people added to my group that send me a gift. I further understand that I will pay The Pathway, LLC a $5 monthly service charge, starting with the second month I am in the program. I understand that if I do not send the appropriate gift to my group leader or pay the $5 monthly service charge within 10 days of being notified, I can be removed from the program. I further understand that I can cancel my participation in the program at any time. If my participation is canceled for any reason, the members of my group will be assigned to my Inviter. Any gifts I have given are non-refundable.
